The following rooms are available for hire. Prices and booking information are available on the bookings page
Main Hall
​
The Main Hall is available for hire and is suitable for a range of activities such as classes, markets, children's parties, weddings and AGMs.
​
The kitchen and the bar and stage are included in the price. Please be warned, the bar is very basic and in need of renovation.
​
There are 34 1.2m tables and 76 cushioned steel framed banquet type chairs, plus 50 additional plastic stacking chairs are available on request
​
There is natural light through various North facing fire doors and windows to veranda overlooking the playing field
​
Dimensions: 150 square metres – 16.25m x 9.26m with apex ceiling approx. 4.6m to eves
Maximum persons: 200 standing or 100 if main curtains are drawn (2 of the 3 fire exits are behind the curtains)

Bar and Stage

Attached to the Main Hall and included in the hourly rate
​
There are basic bar facilities and a license is needed if selling alcohol
​
Dimensions: Stage 5.4m x 9.26m
Maximum persons: 200 standing as per the Main Hall

McCullagh Room
​
​
The McCullagh Room is primarily used by the Youth Club and Purbeck Workshop
​
The main access via a set of stairs. There is disabled access via Meeting Room 1 but this is not ideal if Meeting Room 1 is booked.
​
There are basic kitchen facilities and the room has natural light through skylights
​
Dimension: 68 square metres – 7.62m x 8m with apex ceiling and velux skylights
Maximum persons: 40 standing
McCullagh
Meeting Room 1
Meeting Room 1 is on the ground floor and ideal for meetings.
There are 10 1.2m tables with 40 folding cushioned chairs
​
There is a small kitchen attached and a , disabled toilet. There is also disabled access to the McCulloch Room
​
There is a wall mounted 55 inch TV which can be used for presentations (please contact Booking Clerk for details)
​
Dimensions: 32 square metres – 6m x 5m, ceiling height 2.4m to suspended ceiling
Maximum persons: 30 standing
Meeting Room 1
Osgood Room
​
The Osgood Room (formerly The Committee Room) has recently been renovated. There is natural light through the windows to the front of the building and it can be used as a meeting room.
​
Main access via a set of stairs and there is no disabled access
​
Dimensions: 29.5 square metres – 8.8m x 3.35m, ceiling height 2.4m
Maximum persons: 30 standing
Osgood Room
Changing Rooms
​
There are home and away changing rooms with showers, toilets and direct access to playing fields
​
There is a separate officials changing room also with a shower, a toilet and access to playing fields
Maximum persons: 50 across three changing rooms
